On Friday, August 22, students and staff certainly booked an adventure and celebrated the 80th year of the Children’s Book Council of Australia. A big thank you to Captain (Mrs) Briffa who organised the event and to everyone that contributed to make it a special day. Students were happy to learn that “The Truck Cat” won picture book of the year.
